When can I make a booking?

• You can make a booking between Wednesday 00:00 and Friday 18:00 

How do I make a booking?

 

To make a booking;

  • Access the link to the booking tool via the Marpe website (hyperlink)

  • The booking tool will take you through a series of screening questions and input

    fields

How will I know my booking has been successful?

  • Once you complete your booking, you will receive a reference number (RN).

  • Please ensure to make note of your RN as you will need to present it to the ushering

    teams at the door

How do I cancel/amend my booking?

  • Access the booking tool and click ‘edit booking’ and enter your RN

  • Once in the portal, you can cancel or amend your booking

I’ve lost my RN, where can I find it?

• Please contact the outreach team and you will be provided with your reference number

It’s the day of the booking but I’ve had an emergency and can’t make it to the service

• Please contact the outreach team as soon as possible and they will support you

Staff members

• Do NOT book group spaces for members of Marpe staff who will be serving on the day of your booking

Children

  • If you have one child aged 2 and under old do NOT book a seat for them

  • If you have more than 1 child aged 2 and under you may book a seat for the number of children that cannot be carried/ seated on your lap
